1.2 Service Limitations
- Dummy tickets are valid for up to 14 days from the date of issue
- Services are intended solely for visa application documentation purposes
- Dummy tickets are NOT valid for actual travel
- We do not sell confirmed flight tickets or hotel accommodations
2. SERVICE DELIVERY
2.1 Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Delivery: Within 24 hours of payment confirmation
- Fast Service: 8-10 hours (additional $3.99)
- Super Fast Service: 1-2 hours (additional $5.99)
2.2 Delivery Method
All documents will be delivered via email to the address provided during checkout in PDF format.
2.3 Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Incomplete or incorrect information provided by customers
- Technical issues with airline or hotel systems
- Payment processing delays
- Force majeure events
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Service Fees
- Dummy Flight Ticket: $9 per person
- Hotel Reservation: $9 per person
- Fast Service: Additional $3.99
- Super Fast Service: Additional $5.99
3.2 Payment Methods

3.4 No Hidden Fees
The price displayed at checkout is the final price. We do not charge hidden fees.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1 Accurate Information
Customers must provide:
- Accurate passenger names (exactly as on passport)
- Valid travel dates
- Correct email address and contact information
- Valid departure and arrival destinations
4.2 Information Verification
Customers are responsible for verifying all information before submission. Errors due to customer-provided incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 Proper Use
Customers agree to use dummy tickets only for legitimate visa application purposes and not for:
- Fraudulent activities
- Misrepresentation to authorities
- Actual travel attempts
- Any illegal purposes
5. MODIFICATIONS AND CORRECTIONS
5.1 Free Corrections
We provide up to 2 free corrections per order for:
- Travel dates
- Destinations
- Passenger names (spelling corrections)
5.2 Additional Corrections
Corrections beyond the 2 free modifications may incur a $2 processing fee per change.
5.3 Modification Timeline
Modification requests will be processed within 2-6 hours during business hours.
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in the following circumstances:
- We fail to deliver within the promised timeframe
- The PNR or booking number is not verifiable as promised
- Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors
6.2 No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Visa application rejection (visa decisions are made by embassies, not by us)
- Customer-provided incorrect information
- Changes in customer travel plans
- Customer’s failure to submit visa application
- After the document has been delivered successfully
6.3 Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service delivery. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
7. DOCUMENT VALIDITY AND VERIFICATION
7.1 PNR Validity
- Flight ticket PNRs remain verifiable for up to 14 days
- Hotel booking numbers remain verifiable for up to 14 days
- After 14 days, reservations automatically cancel (standard industry practice)
7.2 Verification
All PNRs and booking numbers can be verified on respective airline and hotel reservation systems during the validity period.
7.3 Embassy Acceptance
While our documents meet standard embassy requirements, we cannot guarantee acceptance by any specific embassy or consulate. Visa decisions are solely at the discretion of immigration authorities.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
8.1 Service Basis
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
8.2 Visa Approval
We do NOT guarantee visa approval. Our service provides documentation only. Visa decisions are made independently by embassy officials based on multiple factors beyond our control.
8.3 No Legal Advice
We do not provide legal, immigration, or visa consultation services. Customers should consult with immigration attorneys or visa consultants for specific advice.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
9.2 Excluded Damages
We are not liable for:
- Visa application rejection
- Missed travel opportunities
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Emotional distress
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Embassy-imposed penalties or bans
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website are owned by Visa and Flight and protected by copyright laws.
10.2 Limited License
Customers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use delivered documents solely for their visa application purposes.
